Our practice is nationwide for those in Western PA hurt elsewhere, or for trademark, or immigration. Otherwise, we practice mainly in Western Pennsylvania because that’s where we live and work.
We represent people outside of PA if they have matters within Western PA. For example, our past clients include people who never stepped foot in Pennsylvania during the course of their litigation, including individuals and corporations in New York City, Las Vegas, Boston, Dallas, Miami, and even the Philippines.
Some cases, however, do require live testimony in Western Pennsylvania so you should always consider that as a possibility even if you retain local counsel here for a matter that is here in Western PA state or federal court.
